Example 3:
Mr Galley contacted us after seeing our advert in The Listing, a Parish Magazine covering the Royston Villages. He then visited our web site to read all about us.
A visit was arranged and here is what Mr Galley wanted:
- The pond, measuring 30ft x 10ft needed a complete clean out. The last time it was done was over 20 years ago.
- The Iris and Water Lilys were very overgrown and were in desperate need of splitting and repotting.
- There was 18 inches of sludge in the bottom of the pond, this needed removing for the sake of the fish.
- Many of the surrounding cobbles had fallen into the pond or had broken up, this needed sorting out.
The quote was accepted and work took place. Here’s what they had to say after the job was completed:
"We would like to express our thanks to you and your colleagues for the excellent maintenance work done on our pond. It is a large pond and had not been cleared for 20 years therefore there was a lot of work to be done. Thank you for replanting and a job well done."

Example 1:
Culpeper Community Gardens in Islington contacted us after finding us through a web search. We visited soon after when the weather was very cold and the pond was frozen over. The pond was in desperate need of a total clean out and all the plants needed dividing and repotting.
A quote was given and accepted and work began in late February. It was a much bigger job than first thought and many community workers were roped in to help.

Example 2:
Mrs Waterhouse contacted us after finding us through a web search. We visited a couple of days later to find a very overgrown pond – which had not been maintained since 1991. The quote was accepted and here is what Mrs Waterhouse had to say about our service:
‘’Just a quick email to say how impressed we were by your friendly and efficient team of girls who arrived promptly this morning as arranged and immediately proceeded to tackle the pond clearance, and worked throughout the morning (despite the intermittent bursts of rain). We really are delighted with the results, and would like to thank you for the excellent service. Would it be possible for you to offer me an estimated quotation for us to have yearly maintenance?’’.
